For more than 60 years, Fusté Carreras has specialised in the manufacture and distribution of terry towelling for the domestic and international markets. We have earned a recognised reputation for the quality and reliability of our products. Three commitments govern every decision: quality, sustainability and service.

Quality

Buying the Fusté Carreras brand guarantees a commitment to absolute quality. We use the best raw materials in our production processes: combed cotton allows us to weave conventional terry in count 24 yarn, which is 20% finer than the rest of the market.

Quality is also backed by our OEKO-TEX® and STeP by OEKO-TEX® certifications, which guarantee the absence of harmful substances in the textiles and the sustainability of the production process.

Sustainability

As a responsible and environmentally respectful company, Fusté Carreras acts accordingly. We are committed to "km0" production in our Spanish factory. Using solar panels to power our production facilities allows us to fight climate change at our own level.

Circular economy

Through a circular economy project, we offer our clients the opportunity to take part in a virtuous circle of traceability and sustainability aimed at reducing and recovering textile waste. These initiatives strengthen our support for the local economy and help reduce our carbon footprint.

Km0 production

We produce entirely in our Manresa plant. This decision, upheld against the sector's offshoring trend, allows us to control the complete process, ensure traceability and maintain a stable technical team with accumulated experience. Local production also means shorter lead times, greater flexibility for tight production runs and a reduced logistics impact for every order.

Designed for durability

The choice of count 24 yarn and premium raw materials is not just a matter of feel: it is an environmental decision. A textile that lasts longer is replaced less often, consumes less water and energy in laundering, and reduces the waste generated throughout its life cycle.

High production capacity

We have the most modern and advanced technology: weaving machines with an electronic Jacquard system and fully computerised production, plus a robotised sewing section that allows us to offer high production capacity aimed mainly at the hospitality market.
